Is it possible to lose weight without going to the gym?

I’m a 23-year-old female, 5 feet, 200 pounds. GW is 120 lbs. Because of COVID restrictions in my area, I won’t be able to go to a gym for the rest of the year up to early 2021. I worry that I won’t be able to lose weight since many successful stories emphasize gym time 4-5 times a week.

I eat 1200-1250 calories a day and I’m strict about it. The only binge episode I’ve had is when I ate 1400 calories during my mom’s birthday.

What I do every week:

Sun - upper body strength training (60 mins)

M - HIIT (20 mins) + aerobics (60 mins)

T - Rest day!

W - lower body strength training (60 mins)

Th - aerobics (75 mins)

F - HIIT (20 mins) + aerobics (60 mins)

Sat - aerobics (75 mins)

I do exercises I can do in the small space of my room such as crunches, planks, assisted push-ups, dancing. I also have 3 and 5 pound dumbbells for strength training. Will this be enough?
