Looking At Progress Pics Instead of Binge Eating? What else?

Hey Everyone!

I feel like I really need an advice as I have been struggling with eating healthy recently.

I feel like I'm doing a really good job during the day. I'm counting calories, I found great low calorie swaps for some of my favourite meals, I cook from scratch everyday and the only take out I allow myself is sushi once a week.

The problem is once I come home ( I finish work at 9pm), I usually still have some calories left and the plan is usually to have some veggies or fruit.. I end up weighting let's say 20g of crisps instead of healthy food (same calories, so whatever), I eat it and end up eating a whole bag. It happened three nights in a row and I just can't find a way to avoid it..

I know I sound really weak. I think I am when it comes to this. I tried looking at Progress pics on reddit before eating and that would help, but sometimes food is the only thimgon my mind. How do I make myself stop after 20 grams of crisps? I still want indulge foods that I love, but how do I train myself to eat a healthy ammount instead of a whole bag?

Help, please.. I'll loose all my progress if I continue like this
