I don’t know what anybody is striving for in their journey but I just want to say keep pushing and remember it is a journey. There will be pit stops where you just take in the sights and your weight may get stagnant for a bit while you enjoy your new normal. There will be times when you double back because you didn’t completely learn that lesson and some weight may come back but you can push forward. There will be times when you’re accelerating forward and the pounds are just dropping off. It’s all apart of the journey. It doesn’t always feel good, you’re going to get tired of it, you might overeat one day one week or even maybe find yourself there for a month but regardless it’s a journey. It takes time to find the memory to do what’s good for yourself and realize you can be healthy without doubting yourself. Someday all this will come natural to you and you’ll look back at the ride and realize the car is still rolling it’s just a little easier to enjoy!
