I’m looking for workout plan for a person with no gym equipment and no way to hit the gym with my family commitment. If anyone has any plan I could follow at home I would appreciate it so much. I have cut calories to under 2000 and trying to figure out how to implement a work out plan. I can’t seem to diet unless I have a solid plan. So if anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it so much. Thank you.
