What are your mental hacks for losing weight?
I’ve struggled to lose the same 25lbs a for 6 years. I recently read someone’s comment on their weight loss about things they did to reach their goal, and some of the mental tricks they used. This got me thinking, what are your mental tricks you use, things you tell yourself or whatever mental hack you have that helps you stay on track?
The person stated “will eating this (extra calories) help me in my goal? Sometimes it just takes one statement from someone to have things “click” in your mind and help with success. I am hoping for mental tricks or statements/ mantras, anything really that helped you succeed or stay on track!
