From around July 2019 - May 2020, I lost around 40 pounds. I am 5'7, 24 year old female, and I went from being 175 lbs to 135 lbs (give or take). I went back to maintenance and kept the weight off for about a year. When I moved out in July 2021, I started gaining the weight back. I recently weighed myself and I'm at 157 lbs. So on Sunday, I started CICO again. I cut out most of the excess sugar, and started eating more whole. I'm tracking about 1300-1350 calories a day and I'm working out about 3 ish times a week (not for super long, maybe 15 minutes).
Before I started CICO again, I ate out pretty frequently. Probably twice a week. However, I almost never ate McDonalds. It was usually pizza, Subway, or some sort of Indian/Japanese takeaway. Ever since I started CICO, I have been craving McDonalds so badly. Nothing I eat or drink satiates that. I debated getting a Happy Meal, but I know that also wouldn't satiate me. McDonalds is so many calories though, and I would easily blow 1500+ in one meal. Heeeelp!
