Is -20 lbs in 2 months realistic?

I’m turning thirty in April and I want to hit 30 with some momentum and positivity. I feel like I have a good “why” and I just want to hear from some more experienced people if A: This is healthy, and B: if this is realistic.

For some context I am a pretty average male without any injuries. My diet is currently pretty awful and my excercise is little to none. I’m currently sitting at 225 looking to get to near or under 200.

What are your thoughts?

Cheers
