I'm not sure where to go other than good ol' Reddit with this so any help would be appreciated. I typically don't lurk on subreddits that aren't video game-related...
I've gained about 20 lbs since 2019. I feel tired and my self-confidence is much lower. I used to be an avid runner and did the bare minimum when it came to strength training. All of that stopped with the pandemic.
I don't know anything about creating a workout plan. I was never into sports or independent physical training.
I have a yoga mat, two dumbells, and my body weight. A treadmill is accessible most of the time. I would like to work out 6 days a week.
I have to motivation, I just get scared off by thinking I'm not doing what I need to be doing.
tl;dr 24 y/o female at 130 lbs 5'3" wants help with a 6 day a week routine. Only has a yoga mat, dumbbells, body weight, and treadmill.
Edit; I am looking for free tips. At this point, every penny counts. I'm getting married in October and weddings are expensive...
