Worked out for 2 months and I’m pissed

So I used to weigh about 140, now up to about 155-160. Really not that big of a deal but just wanting to fit into some of my old clothes again. I’ve been working out 5x a week since August 1 and I feel like nothing has happened at all. I want to throw myself a pity party.

My workouts are 30 minutes of running, walking on 11 incline or the stair master. Then 30-45 min of strength exercises.

I eat intuitively and perhaps this is the culprit. Im not the type to cut out food groups but feel free to call me out if I need to decrease my carbs or something. I do eat balanced though. A typical day for me is scrambled eggs or a vegan protein shake, almonds or fruit for a snack, coffee with creamer, some kind of rice bowl I make with tofu or chicken, a macro bar for another snack, and my dinners range from salads to sushi to spaghetti with homemade sauce.

As a side note, when i was slimmer I would eat just like this and even bigger portions but somehow saw results within a month or 2. Please just tell me if I’m being an impatient brat lol. Also during the pandemic I barely worked out. So I would go weeks without working out and then do a couple days in a row for about a year. I very well could just be wayyyy behind then what I realize. I guess any advice is helpful because I feel like hours in the gym are just being wasted.
