I drink diet pepsi and eat crisps almost every day

I just can't seem to stop myself. I've been addicted to that shit my entire life, my father loved Pepsi, I grew up being used to drink a can of Pepsi every time we had a meal. It just got worse since I moved out and started working because it's so easy to go to the convenience store and buy Pepsi and 2 bags of crisps. Last week I had 4 bottles and 7 bags of crisps..
It came to a point that I'm embarrassed to go to the same convenience store to buy my garbage so I walk to different ones every day so the employees there don't notice me as much.
Luckily besides that my diet it's not too bad, I exercise regularly and go for walks, I'm only about 10 kg overweight I know if I manage to cut crisps and pepsi out of my diet I'll be losing weight easily and maintain it this time. So I need advice, I've noticed that my "triggers" are boredom, anxiety & lack of energy. Whenever I feel like that I notice my brain "demanding" Pepsi, it's like an irritating though that I can't get out of my head until I have a drink. Please, I would like to break this habit I have had it probably for about 20 years or more I'm only 24 and I want to stop this before it's too late, I feel stupid because my family has a history of health problems and I'm not doing myself any favours not having a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to those people that want to help in advance.
