I start lifting beginning in June (almost 5 months), my SW was 310lbs/140kg (I am 6'2/188cm). I am eating 2500kcal per day with 250g of protein and 230g of carbs. I lift 3-6 times a week also start swimming in the pool, jogging (made my first 5k), bicycle and etc. After almost 5 months my CW is 290lbs(130kg). I am very active, have practiced for 6 days per week, sometimes twice (in total 12-14 hours per week), but my weight are stuck at 290 for the past month and a half or so.
Ok, I lost sizes on my closes, I have more energy but I believe it would be easier to love without additional 100lbs which I don't need.
My question would be, why is my weight does not get down, and why am I stuck here. It is a reason for very strong resistance training and my muscles are growing so fast what fats which I am losing being replaced for all 5 months? Thank you
