At 5’2 and 16yrs, I lost 10lbs sending me from 145lbs to 135lbs doing omad. I’ve continued to maintain it at eating normally without restriction. I’m hoping to lose some more weight but for some reason I can’t seem to stick to anything. My willpower is lacking, granted I’m a teen who keeps thinking “ehh I’m young” which is messing me up I suppose. And I know that most will say “oh you don’t need to lose weight, blah blah blah”, but I think it would really benefit my confidence and how how feel in a health way. My point is, I think I need something more structured such as an app of some sort. So that begs the question, what app has worked best for you and why?
PSA IF YOU DIDN’T CATCH THE INITAL COMMENT: The weight isn’t just for appearance reasons, I’d like to lose weight to become healthier and hopefully be able and put on muscle in the future.
