How do people deal with eating junk food when they have been eating so good…. I have been eating so clean and generally just whole foods with heaps of veggies then last at my partners house, pizza was ordered and i had a few slices, nothing exteme. 3 and half slices of cheese pizza (not big pizza) i felt fine after but mentally I was stressed it would damage my body given how much I have been eating well 90% of the time. I am really trying to get my body healthy after years of neglect and now in my early 30’s I wanted to start now rather than my 40’s etc! How do people deal with the stress of eating junk food every now and then and really what is considered moderation for stuff like pizza etc
