Hello, I hope everyone reading this is well. So, I was having a little problem, but first let me tell you about me. I’m 87kgs 6 feet tall (Male), I’m going to the gym 6 times a week and doing PPL split. So the gym is going pretty well but the diet, tbh, I don’t know. I was confused and needed some guidance regarding nutrition. I’ve always head that if you want to get big eat more (clean of course) but since I want to lose further 7 kgs and be at around 80kgs I’m in caloric deficit consuming around 2000 calories everyday, whereas my maintenance is around 2800 calories. So, my weight was fluctuating around 87-88 for a long time. So, I started carb cycling. Somedays I’ll do 0 carbs, somedays low carbs generally below 100gram carbs and 2 days high carb above 200gram carbs. I just wanted your opinion that what I’m doing is fine? Because usually on most of my 0 carb days my calories comes from protein and fats. I want to get big but also lose weight at the same time. What should I do? Sometimes I feel like I can’t get big at 2000 calories but since I’ve lost around 55 kgs already I have loose skin. The skin is not hanging but doesn’t look very appealing.
