Stopped paying attention, lost 5 lbs.

Earlier in the year, my partner told me I was overweight (5’4, 67 kgs), which threw me mentally off-kilter, and I went into some extreme habits and monitoring, which weren’t making any change and becoming onerous. After a couple months of obsessiveness, I finally stopped mentally punishing myself and gave up on the weighing and worrying. Instead, I started eating breakfast, cut down on drinking, and doing some small physical activities I enjoyed, and found out I lost 5 lbs yesterday. I can’t share it with my partner because it’s a bit embarrassing to discuss, but just wanted to put it out there. :)
