Starting Tomorrow!

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie here so a little nervous 🙈

I have about 30 to 35kg to lose and my goal is to lose it all by the end of next year (so 63 weeks away) and losing 500g a week seems doable 😊

I'm 169cm, 101kg and BF is around 38% (bf% was from a scale so not too sure how accurate they are)

Exercise: I already lift 3x a week and have just started doing cardio which is pretty slow going but I'm doing it!

According to all the calculators my TDEE is 2347 calories so going to start things off at at a 15% deficit so 2000 calories

I've had a horrible relationship with food (anorexia in past years) so I'm going to TRY not be too obsessive about weighing food and myself

When it comes to food while I'm on 2000 cal I'm going to give myself 1900... that 100 cal "buffer" will be for things like non starchy vege and a lot of low sugar sauces that I use

Any tips you have to stay on track would be much appreciated 😁
