Hello! I am: 25 female 1.66 meters
I was mostly skinny as a child but around 14 I started packing on weight, it wasn't very fast but I reached an all time high of 105 kilograms this year, I decided I seriously need to do something about it, so I researched a little about why I would constantly be losing this 'diet' battle. ( I tried a lot of fad diets but of course I didn't lose weight)
10/10/21 - I started my journey weighing 100 kilograms.
Eating healthy, (and less of it) adding a little low impact exercise into the mix.
21/10/21 - today I weigh 95.8 kilograms, (4.2 lost)
which might be too fast, but I'm assuming some of it is water weight. but to be fair I was really heavy and I ate nothing but junk before this. I know it's not a huge achievement, but it really is to me because I've never lost this much before without breaking. Now I've actually been preparing an entire day or logging it as I eat on a calorie counting app. not eating candy and refined carbs (bread, pasta, cereal) has helped tremendously with my cravings and overall hunger during the day and I hope to melt the remaining 25 kilograms in the coming year :)
