stagnant for almost 3 months now

I'm 152 cm and 57kg as of today and I've been trying to lose weight since May. I've been losing and gaining the same 2kg throughout this process and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Been working out 4-5x a week (strength training for the majority of it) and I've been weighing out my food. I'm on track in terms of macros and calories (1300-1500 ish per day).

I've been doing all of this but it seems like I'm gaining weight??? Took measurements as well and it's seems like I've just been growing bigger.

Any advice on how to stop this plateau? I can't for sure go any lower in terms of intake nor workout more due to my schedule. It's so frustrating.
