Reaching Zen Mode

Ok, I admit this sounds really fucking dumb, and stupid from just the title alone, but its the only thing that comes to mind as a name for it.

But I know I'm not the only one who experiences periods while dieting when theyre able to casually shrug off food without a second though, go extended periods of time without eating easily, or even just not feel the irrational attraction of food that happens during hunger. And its less of a constant thing, or something that happens through practice, it just happens randomly and just disappears randomly as well.

Last time when I had it happen I ended up losing 25 pounds, and the time before that 50 pounds. It's really hard to describe it but has anyone else ever experienced this feeling? And if are there any requirements for reaching it?
