Progress from starting at 295 pounds (January 2020 to 186 pounds (October 2021)

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. This is my journey as a 6'2, 34 year old that was losing weight for the 3rd time in my life with the intentions of keeping it off because I changed the way I eat.

I made a decision back in January 2020 to make a push to lose weight once again. I felt so discouraged and I gave up on me until I decided to give it a shot again in January 2020. I told myself if I lost 50 pounds in 2 years, I would take that. I started IF 16-8 before I transitioned to 18-6. It wasn't easy but I kept consistent at it for the longest time. During the pandemic I just kept telling myself "what if I was able to lose 100 pounds" and that's what kept me going. A possibility and a thought that I eventually manifested into a reality. I got into the best shape of my life at the age of 35. There's more to say and I will edit in more when I have time but it's possible. Here's some pics for reference of the transformation I present to you today.
