Hello all, I am a 5'4 teenager that's pretty overweight (went to the hospital and saw that I was 77.4kg) and I really want to strive for being healthy with a less awful looking body in the process. Most of the fat is stored in my stomach area, thighs, and face. It makes me really insecure that I look like a circular Minecraft character.
My diet pretty much consists of (since recently) cereal and banana for breakfast, a sandwich (tuna/turkey) and some small tenders for lunch at school, and rice with meat/fish coupled with some vegetables like squash, corrects, or brocoli.
My parents are pretty strict when it comes to going outside, so it's hard for me to indulge in any form of cardio. All I have are my 3 pairs of dumbells (9kg 10kg and 12kg), a kettlebell, a pullup bar, some stretch bands, and a yoga mat for calisthenics. Is it still possible for me, if I work hard enough, to work this out?
