I’ve been at a plates for months now and am debating where to go from here. I currently weigh 150 at 5’4 so technically still over weight. My weight has jumped around a ton the last few years partially due to hypothyroidism, fluid retention, endometriosis and the bloating/ surgery that goes with that. So maintaining my weight for a while has been good.
I feel decent, I can definitely continue to tone more and lose some body fat. I got into strength training a year ago, I love it but looking at old pictures I literally weigh more now but look better. Im not delusional I still have body fat. My last physical I was told I was overweight still (which I know) and felt a little chubby shamed. Should I cut calories? I eat around 1500 to 1600 a day so not great. Increase cardio? Don’t know where to go from here
