Hey guys I'm an 18 year old boy my height is 173cm and my weight 75Kg .
Guys I suffered from gynecomastia (male boobs) all my teen age so since 12-13 I stopped going to playgrounds and stopped wearing Tshirts and been through alot because of it . Throughout out my life I was never fit but neither overweight I was a healthy guy. But ever since lockdown has started (around march 2020) I gained alot of weight and stress was already high bc of gynecomastia , one day I finally broke down in front of my parents and told them about my problem and after convincing them they agreed for surgery .
Because of the excitement of surgery I started working out at home, completely stopped eating sugar, stopped eating junk food ( only once a month) and because of this I lost around 6-7Kg before my surgery (went from 81.5Kg to 74Kg) . My surgery was done around 2 months ago and I'm feeling better than I have in years I'm finally able to wear any types of clothes I wore Tshirts after 6 years . I started gym 14 days ago , drinking 3-4 liters of water, not eating any type of junk food ( only pizza once a month) and eating lots of nuts and fruits .
Guys any advice for me to loose around 10Kg and reach my ideal weight that is 65Kg (according to my height ) I'm working out 6 days a week in gym (mixed exercises)
