So I have been exercising for a month now. Strength training and cardio. I have been having aches in my legs and arms after workouts. In my strength training I notice it was die to improper forms. The other issue was cardio. I have good shoes with amazing soles. The issue is my knees have been cracking a lot lately and aches. Whenever I miss a day or two at the gym, my legs feel better. I weigh 300 lbs and am 6'1. I was told that things will get better after the weight falls but how do I get to that point?
I have also not been stretching, I'm guessing thats the biggest issue. I just don't know how to stretch/warmup properly. Got any tips??
