Motivation issues

So I keep trying to get back on the horse. Last year just before the Rona shut the world down. I blew my back out deadlifting. At that time I was like 205 210.

The previously I was about 198 and hitting my local box about 4 to 5 days a week. Eating kind of decent to fuel that.

After I got hurt of course didn't keep up with dieting ate to much and drank to much. Started going to a gym again. But it shut down 3 months into my return the going to the gym.

So I have all the knowledge to follow my macros. I've slowly been buying dumbbells and a barbell to use in my 2nd floor apartment.( I can get some workouts done but no where near the output of a gym) and started following street parking for programming.

But.... My motivation is so shot and I cannot kick start it. I want to lose the weight. But am so exhausted by the time I come home from work ( 10 hours shifts 5 days a week) I basically have like 2 to 3 hours to do house stuff and dinner and try to fit a workout in. And I just can't motivate .

So question for all of the people that have been fighting motivation issues and won. How did you do it.

I feel almost like after I had no destination to go to to workout.. that I lost everything
