Okay, so here's the deal. Lunch time is the one time of the day that I always feel like my worst habits manifest when it comes to food. I have a long history of issues with food, from not having healthy relationships because neither of my parents had healthy relationships with food, to eating my feelings, to having borderline disordered eating habits. And at this point, I have healthy snacks, healthy dinners, I do all my own baking and don't eat sweets or drink sodas. It's lunch time that always kills me. I end up going into these sort of snack modes where I'm not eating filling food or the healthiest food, and I know that this is something that is a total detriment to me. So please, how can I start reevaluating my lunch time choices and forming healthier habits?
