Last I checked at the doctor in late June, I was 136KG(300LBS), and since I've become 123KG(271LBS). I'm quite proud of myself and it wasn't very difficult either. I just decided to start CICO and ITF and to follow the guide on this subreddit (FOLLOW IT). I ate less, went exercising more (Fell off when school started), just watched what I ate, and became more aware of my eating habits and choices. I realized that losing weight isn't about WHAT I eat as much as how much I eat. This is a really great early birthday present for me, and I'm planning on trying to go down to 250-230 by the end of 2021. Also just wanted to say a huge thanks to the people of this subreddit. Your own experiences, posts, and advice really helped me adapt to the changes and made me feel much better about myself and I hope that I can do the same for others on this subreddit. Wish Me Luck!!
