So I've lost 40 pounds. I have 15 more to lose before my goal weight, but I am SO tired of not being able to eat stuff I like. So now I will just have a very small breakfast with coffee (<100 calories) plus a 900 calorie meal later around dinner time. My BMR is 1500 and I'm exercising so the pounds are melting off.
No I don't care if it's not the best. I feel fine through the day. I actually get to look forward to a meal instead of having three shitty meals per day that I am still starving after. My sleep is better. It works for me. Honestly I may just continue this with more calories once I'm done dieting.
