I'm 6'2 187 after fast weight loss. My body image hasn't caught up yet, I still think I look massive and I have a lot of loose skin.
I'm finally a healthy bmi but only just. I like running so need to be on the lower end. I am thinking 160. What is ideal? I am suppose to be on a diet break right now but instead of staying the same weight I just lost more weight because I couldn't bring myself to eat too much 🤣 suffering from success lol..
I have eating problems so the thought of gaining weight or bulking makes me feel sick. I have fear of a lot of food. I have to weigh everything or I get anxiety 😂 I'm proper OCD about calories too. I have to know calories for everything and I'm always trying to burn more like even if I sit down I bounce my leg to burn calories 😂
What is a good goal? Once I look good i will feel much better I think.
