For breakfast I have the same thing nearly every day, a bread roll with not too much butter and a boiled egg, a 300 kcal lunch, and a dinner which could range from 400-600 kcal. But nothing is happening whatsoever. About a week ago I hit under 140, and then randomly the next day I just shot up back to 140. Then gained two pounds a few days later after I went out to eat with friends for dinner.
I think my body refuses for me to leave 140 because I am either eating too little (which I thought so I added a banana to my everyday kcal intake, but it hasn’t done anything. Now my body is extremely slow at letting go of weight, and if I manage to get down to a certain weight, eating something which I normally don’t (nothing too massive) will make my weight shoot up a bit.
I’m going insane and I feel like I’ve been punished enough for not being able to maintain the weight I lost. Usually in the past when I get stuck below a certain weight it’s because I’m eating too much, but I’m definitely not now. Am I not eating enough? Could this just be water weight, and so I don’t need to eat completely clean to lose it? What am I doing wrong? I’m so upset.
