From many videos I've watched, eating protein can trigger fat burning process (around 3-6 ounces per meal), but I've also heard that too much protein in 1 meal (>8 ounces) can lead to fat storage? Is this true? I can certainly control the protein portion to about 5 ounces per meal, however the problem is I'm currently doing Intermittent Fasting and recently cut down my eating window to just 4 hours (20-4) so I don't know if I can get a lot of protein in just small amount of time, and a lot of people are recommending to eat a LOT of protein each day (1.6-2.2 g/kg/day) in order to lose weight. I'm currently 94 kg so the recommended amount of protein I should eat each day is about 150-206 grams... and that's not possible in 4 hours unless I increase my portion in each meal, but that would also be bad because of the first point (eating too much protein in 1 meal can trigger fat storage).
So is there a solution to this? And how much hours between each meal needed until it's safe to consume more protein after a meal?
