1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Maintenance. Therapy day. Shits getting real.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk. 10/14 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Therapy counts towards this I think.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for access to mental healthcare services. It should be available for everyone & unfortunately in the US it's more or less up to employer provided health care plans.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & going to bed early. She says, reminding herself Halloween corner on Animal Crossing isn't more important than a good night's sleep.
