Can’t seem to ever lose weight

I’m a 32 male who is 6ft tall and have a large stocky body frame. I weigh 270 pound. I work at a very physically demanding job where I basically lift a minimum of 50 pound boxes 10hrs a day for 4 days out of the week. I don’t drink a lot of sodas and probably eat really two meals a day. I rarely eat fast food but have to eat more substantial meals bc of work. There are periods of 8 or more hours where I don’t eat. I just drink water and Gatorades during that time. I know I should eat more but I physically just can’t force myself to do so. I have a muscular body but I guess I carry all my weight in my stomach. Even when I work out on my days off I just fluctuate between 260 and 270. I just feel depressed and want to give up trying. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.
