Any advice on what my daily calorie intake should be?

I get so confused with all the numbers and online calculators.

21F - 147lbs (67kg) - 5’7 (170cm).

BMR is 1,464.

I’m a student and my part time job also consists of just sitting.

I weight-lift 4 days a week for 45-60 min, incline treadmill 3 days a week for 30minutes (incline 12; speed 3-3.5), HIIT for 25 minutes twice a week, Pilates for 45 minutes once a week, and walk 40 minutes outside every day (plus 5 min dynamic warm up,15 min of static stretches, 5 min foam rolling, and 10 min yoga).

When inputting my activity as sedentary my maintenance is 1,757. Where I’m confused is whether I should eat that amount or a little less and see working out as burning excess calories or eat 250-500 less than my maintenance to burn .5-1 pound a week? I’ve found personally that eating less than 1500 is unsustainable for me though.

Sorry for poor format - on mobile.
