A little is more than you think
I’m 36(f) and have always been curvy. I’m 5’2 and my chest is rather big whether I’ve lost weight or not.
In July I realised that I was the largest I have ever been at 104.4kg (230lbs) and needed to do something about it. August was really busy with 3 trips away in which monitoring my eating would be hard so I started properly in Sept. with my son back in school it was easier too.
I have been frustrated as I have been yo-yoing and not seeing a difference but I e been calorie counting and documenting everything that passes my lips - butter and sauces included- and subconsciously it must be making a difference.
This morning I weighed and I was at 101.3. Then it hit me - I’ve lost 3kg in a month! That’s a good thing! I still need to up my water intake and increase my fruit and veg but it’s a good start! Still got 32kg (70.5lbs) to go but it’s a start!
