1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On it. Color me surprised.
Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. Yuck. Hate this many rest days in a row but it's a week for all the fucking appointments. 3/8 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Made some lists.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for being able to be up right. I had an immediate fight with my clothes this morning. I'm grateful that I managed to get out the door with pants and a shirt lol.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I really appreciated my choices to stay hydrated & stay vertical.
