1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On it.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk plus 45 ish minutes of incline treadmill. Uterus be scumbagging so I wasn't up for strength today. 15/19 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Did some reading and thought pushing, not quite the same but I am actively searching for peace of mind.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for not getting tail gated, being able to get some exercise in with my partner & turkey sausage.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I drank lots of water & made time for a lunch walk. And I did indeed have less coffee and hopefully that means better sleep tonight!
