Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the lovely neighborhood trail near work where I walk. It's so lovely & it feels so safe & quiet.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & not get more coffee at lunch. I've been overspending at a certain siren themed establishment lately.
