16 lbs down, it took two years.

Thats right, two years through a pandemic, homeschooling, gallbladder surgery, binge eating, drinking heavily, quitting cigarettes, quitting alcohol, hormone changes, med changes, giving up, starting again, giving up again, starting again, fatigue, depression. All of the sauce, and here I am looking at the finish line I told myself I would lose the 20lbs i gained during all this and now I have only 4lbs left to go.

Maybe to some two years is an excessive time to lose 16lbs and yeah it might be but i still did it, I might have taken the slowest pace imaginable but now I AM HERE. Don’t let some imaginary time frame stop you from achieving your goals you will get here and it will be glorious!

Here is to progress! It might not be linear but it is beautiful! progress
