Hello!
I started exercising and eating healthy about a week ago and since I completely cut out fast food and soda, which is all I ate before, I've had this weird feeling in my head like I'm high? That's the best way to describe it. I'm also finding it harder to get up in the mornings compared to before, I just feel extra sleepy, and now after I've had a cup of coffee I feel awake but like I'm high. I'm also only eating around 1200-1500 calories a day (it's what the fitness pal app recommended based on my weight/height). I've heard of people having this same feeling while their body is in ketosis but I'm not on a keto diet and it's only been a week. I mostly eat veggies, fruits, water and some form of meat. Hope someone can give some insight.
