Hello! I've been morbidly obese my entire 22 years on this Earth. This is due to growing up poor, depressed, and having to deal with a ton of issues. I was about 360lbs from 2018 to 2020 and in the middle of 2020 I dropped down to 320lbs without changing anything and went back up to 340lbs when the pandemic began. In May of 2021 I seeked out a counselor, quit smoking cigarettes, and became more active. I started going on walks in my neighborhood and on nature trails. I also quit drinking soda and increased the amount of water I drink to at least a gallon a day. This gave me the confidence (along with the support of my best friends) to hit the gym and start lifting on Jun 23rd. I started with 6 days in a row and bumped it down to 3 days a week when I started full time at Amazon. It is now July 29th and I am 300 lbs. I can feel the strength in my arms and in my legs building. I am falling in love with my body and myself. I can see who I want to be and I know I will get there. You will get there too if you keep at it! KEEP WORKING HARD AND FALL IN LOVE WITH THE PROCESS. Also trying to do 16:8 fasting but that has been a struggle. I will update when I reach my goal. Stay Alive and active freinds!
