As I've never lost weight before, and hate when I can't control something I thought I could, I admit to getting a bit worried in the back of my mind when I got stuck at 64kg.
But a few weeks with no change is fine, and I know that, so I kept making myself not think about it. After all, what I'm doing has worked so far, so it doesn't make sense to suddenly change tactics now, after so little time.
The past few days, when weighing myself out of idle curiosity, I've noticed I'm barely over 64kg even after a meal. I told myself not to get too excited, and just wait for the day I dip below it.
But I got on the scale just now - after a night's rest, no food or drink yet, bathroom trip done - and have FINALLY tipped below 64kg!
Eating and water retention will see my weight climb again throughout the day, and that's fine. But this means I've lost almost 3kg since 1st July!! It's still working!!
