So I am 18, 6"6 and weigh 360-400 pounds, i dont really have anything to weigh myself so that is just a guess. I have always been the tall fat kid and I am finally just sick of it. I am an adult now and I am in the same state as I was when I was 14. I have tried to lose weight before but it never really worked out but I'm going to start again and stick with it.
Anyways, I dont really have any idea how I should start off losing weight. I would like to build muscle while losing weight of possible but I feel like I am not in shape enough to go to the gym if that makes sense? I have heard people mention something about a calorie deficit but I don't actually know what that means.
Tldr: I'm overweight and I have not the slightest clue where to start with eating or exercising.
Any help would be greatly appreciated so thanks in advance!
