Got off track, it’s been really hard to get back on

In 2018, I was about 10 pounds from my goal weight of 120. I had came down from 190. It was my senior year, about to graduate. I had noticed I had started to gain weight. I got in a relationship, gained more weight. Got a job, transitioned into adulthood, gained more weight. It’s 2021 and I’ve completely gained all the weight I lost back. I’m very disappointed in my self and I want to get back to how I was but I just can’t stay committed. For a good week I would eat healthy and exercise, then as soon as I’m off work, I’ll binge. It’s a cycle that I want to stop but keep getting caught in it.

Any words of wisdom? And advice?
