Struggling with constant plateaus

Edit: 6’0 / 30 / M

I began in 11/2020 at 260lbs and I am now down to ~215lbs. Getting past 225 was tough but now I only see myself losing a lb or two a month. I am at a 500 calorie deficit and my diet is usually fairly good. Protein smoothies, grilled chicken, lean meat, sugar free / 0cal soda and syrups, occasional lean cuisine (sodium is high so I try to avoid them), fruits/veggies everyday etc. i also weigh my food.

Supplements: Creatine / Vitamin D.

I’m in the gym 6 days a week doing PPL. I did upper/lower prior and full body.

For cardio I do a variety of things as it is my biggest struggle even if I watch a show or listen to a podcast. Usually 15 mins on a rowing machine / treadmill.

I know I could improve my cardio but getting it done is extremely tough. I’ve done walks outside, elliptical, treadmill, cycling machines, swimming, trampolines, etc. Only thing I haven’t tried is biking and jump rope. If I could distract myself mentally more I know I could easily hit 30 mins rowing but again out of strategies for that. My goal weight is 185 and I’d really love any advice getting there.

Thanks in advance for any help/reading!
