Day 1 of my journey and here to complain already, but going to power through… it’s the only way. This is my first week meal prepping and my first day eating prepped meals. Used MFP to figure out what I could eat before the day started and went off course a bit but was able to correct. I have to do CICO because I eat when I’m bored or stressed at work and the urges are super strong… just as bad as nicotine (am an ex-smoker). I already talked myself out of getting fast food twice, but I stayed on track! Although I am very stressed about not going…
I am borderline overweight but I gained 15lb during the pandemic. Getting Wendy’s/Chipotle/BK and sitting in my car had been my source of “getting out of the house” for so long (and it was awesome so I kept doing it) but need to break this habit. Glad for this sub!
