I don't really know how to lose weight so I'm asking instead of giving advice but I really need help fixing my diet. Turns out I have insulin resistance and reactive hypoglycemia and PCOS too..... I need to lose atleast 20 pounds and whats bad is that I also binge eat, I just don't know how to get started and everytime I try to get on a diet I binge eat right after. Like I'll track my calories and eat well in the morning but by 12am I'm finishing an entire pack of cookies in one sitting. I wouldn't normally care this much but my weight is effecting my periods and creating problems in my life. I'm technically "healthy" BMI wise but clearly not. Anyone know how to get started? How to refrain from binge eating when I live with my family still? (I can't get rid of food if others eat it in the house)
