Hi everyone. I am a female, and my height is around 5 feet tall & I weigh 42 kg or 92 pounds. I was never really concerned about my weight since I’m at a healthy & normal weight, but recently I’ve been becoming insecure about my arms & the fat around it. I’m aware that losing fat in a specific spot isn’t possible but are there any tips to slim down my upper arm areas while maintaining a healthy weight? are there any specific diets or exercise routines i can try? thanks!
if it’s any additional info, i’ve been consistently biking for at least 30 minutes a day for the past year as well. There are a lot of routines & workouts on youtube that were made specifically to target flabby arms & armpit fat but i don’t really want to start them if they’re not going to work.
