Attempting to do a body recomp, but don't know how to deal with my elevated appetite

Hey all! I'm 25/F; 5'2; SW:123lb, CW:124lb, GW: 115lb; I've been resistance training using bands and dumbbells 3-4 times a week for about 45-50 minutes for about 2 months now. So here's my issue: I've been attempting to do a body recomposition in order to build muscle and burn fat while eating at maintenance calories. My calculated maintenance calories are around 1400-1500, and I've been really trying to emphasize on getting more protein in my meals since that's what I've been lacking for a long time now. Anyway, I've noticed these past few weeks that I have more of an appetite that what I used to, and it's been difficult for me to feel satisfied just eating around my maintenance calories. I've mainly been eating anywhere between 1700-2000 calories and I really don't know where to go from here. I've noticed that I've gained a little bit of muscle definition, and my measurements have stayed the same since I last measured (I measure once a week) so I hope the weight I've gained is muscle, but I'm afraid that I won't ever be able to reach my GW at the rate I'm going. I don't binge, and I stay pretty hydrated. Honestly, I gave up on tracking this week because I don't know if I should take a break from tracking and just eat until this hunger subsides, or if I should just try to hit my calculated maintenance calories/macros. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

TL;DR: Not sure if I should keep eating the 1700-2000 calories I've been eating and then focus on losing fat later, or if I should try to eat at my calculated maintenance calories to stay on track with my body recomp.
