Hey all!
So my girlfriend an I have both been pretty fit for most of our lives, but once we got to the age where we were no longer playing 2-3 sports each, we both put on decent weight...nothing significant, but enough for people to say "ah you guys packed on your couple weight".
We are about to start going to the gym together (something she's never done but I have been doing for years) and I am looking to get some insight from other redditors who have gone to the gym with their s/o's.
Any tips, Do's/Don'ts, or advice to help each other become more healthy... as a partnership rather than a solo thing?
